A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is taken at the time of booking, and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
The full amount is to be paid for bookings made within 4 weeks of the arrival day.

All cancellation notifications must be submitted via email. In the event of the reservation being cancelled, cancellation fees may apply.

| Up to 31 days before the reservation: | 25% of total rental fee |
| Up to 10 days before the reservation: | 50% of total rental fee |
| Up to 2 days before the reservation: | 90% of total rental fee |
| No show, day of reservation or early departure | 100% of total rental fee |
In the event we are able to re-book the apartment following a cancellation, the fee may be waived. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
