Airport Express (FEX) and regional trains (RE7, RB14) run several times an hour between Flughafen (Airport) BER -Terminal 1-2 and Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Catch one of these trains to Hauptbahnho. Leave through north entrance (Europaplatz), then from there hop on the M8 tram to the stop ‘Pappelplatz’. From there it is a two minute walk to Josty. You will need a Berlin ABC Ticket (4,00€). Ticket machines in the terminal or on the platform.

We highly recommend checking current travel times and routes at the website for Berlin’s public transport. The BVG app is a handy companion for your visit too!

From Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Berlin Central Station) with Public Transport

In front of exit Europaplatz take tram M8 (heading Ahrensfelde/Stadtgrenze) which will drop you very close to the the apartments – get off at the 4th stop ‘Pappelplatz’. If your train ticket shows “city-ticket” no further ticket needed. If not buy a short range ticket (Kurzstrecke) at the ticket machine inside the tram (2,20 €).

Arrival by TAXI

A taxi from BER airport costs about 70€. In the usual morning traffic jam it takes much longer than the train.
