A deposit/pre-payment of 25% of the rent has to be paid within one week after reservation confirmation. The balance has to be paid at least at handover of keys or has to be transferred in advance. Last minute reservations have to be paid on arrival. </p> <p align="left" class="Stil4a">Arrival / Departure </p> <p align="left">We ask for your departure to be before 12 noon.</p> <p align="left" class="Stil4a">Travel cancellation </p> <p align="left">In case of cancellations notification fees may apply. This is at the landlord’s compensation.
